Our quick release collars are made from various fabrics including denim and cork and have a stabiliser ironed onto the inside plus a strip of webbing/cork inside for strength. They are finished with solid metal hardware.
If you have a very strong dog or one that pulls a lot, please get in touch before purchasing to make sure this product is suitable for your needs.
Neck – run a tape measure in a circle around where your dogs collar would normally sit.
Chest – measure in a circle from under each armpit and around the back.
Length – this is normally from the base of the neck to the start of the tail (most of our tops finish near the tail for extra warmth).
EXTRA SMALL: Neck: 18cm/7in – 23cm/9in Width: 3/4in/2cm
SMALL: Neck: 23cm/9in – 33cm/13in Width: 3/4in/2cm
MEDIUM: Neck: 28cm/11in – 42cm/16in Width: 1in/2.5cm

Clothing: we recommend hand washing in warm soapy water or machine washing at 30C on a short spin. Dry flat with low iron temp and do not tumble dry for the best results.
Ibiza Collar: hand wash in warm soapy water or machine wash at 30C. Dry flat and cool iron.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service therefore faulty products can be returned for a full refund, exchange of purchase or replacement product. You can exchange a product PROVIDING it is not a made to measure item – these are non refundable unless damaged. However the item must be unworn and the customer must pay for return postage.
If you wish to cancel an order please email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see what we can do for you. Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders in process.
In the unlikely event of your parcel being lost or stolen, we will refund HALF the cost of your purchase excluding postage. You must wait for at least two weeks after the expected arrival date before claiming your partial refund. Please note we cannot provide replacement lost/stolen items.
