Returns Policy

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order please email us (my new email address) and we will see what we can do for you. If however we have already begun to create your order we will not be able to cancel it and refund you.

Returns: At Red & Ginger we want you to be 100% satisfied, but as all of our products are custom made to each order, we can only refund damaged goods. Faulty products may be returned for a full refund, exchange of purchase or replacement product. If your order arrives and you notice you ordered the wrong size, you can exchange for the correct one PROVIDING that it is not a made to measure item – these are strictly non refundable unless damaged.

Lost/stolen items: in the unlikely event of your parcel being lost or stolen, we are willing to refund HALF the cost of your purchase excluding postage. You must wait for at least one week after the expected arrival date before claiming your partial refund. Lost/stolen items are out of our hands so unfortunately we are unable to provide replacement items.
